Anna Rasco - CEO | HR Consultant | Career Coach | Recruiter
Anna brings over a decade of HR, Recruiting, and Career Coaching experience. She has worked across a variety of industries, including higher education, retail and food service, manufacturing, construction, tech, insurance, and professional firms. Her expertise lies in strategic HR planning, recruiting, and employee engagement initiatives that keep employees doing their best work. Anna has a passion for serving businesses of all sizes, but specifically small business teams as they build their HR infrastructure. Anna is a Certified Professional Career Coach and enjoys helping match the right people with the right roles. Anna spent time as a Professor at Anderson University, gaining further experience as an engaging and detailed speaker, trainer, and facilitator.

Anna loves people. Her work is anchored in Proverbs 31:8-9: "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy." She works with businesses and people of integrity who desire to serve others.
Anna is a dedicated follower of Christ, a wife, and a mom.
